Niall has announce U.S. & Canada dates for his Flicker World Tour. Tickets for the 2018 U.S. and Canadian dates go on-sale to the general public beginning Friday, September 22, at 10am local time. As the official presale credit card for Niall Horan’s “Flicker World Tour 2018,” Citi® cardmembers will have access to purchase presale tickets beginning Tuesday, September 19, at 10am local time through Citi’s Private Pass® program.
